At Growth Track Info Tech, we are looking for Social Media Specialist, who can think and understandthepulse of the brand.

KRAs

ï‚· Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platformdetermination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

ï‚· Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that buildsmeaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

ï‚· Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company€™ssocial content

ï‚· Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community

ï‚· Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules

ï‚· Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights

and best practices, and then acting on the information

ï‚· Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation,

identify key players and coordinate actions

ï‚· Identify consumers€™ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics

ï‚· Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)

Requirements

ï‚· Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive.

ï‚· Expertise on different platforms of Social Media like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.

ï‚· Excellent writing and editing skills in English

ï‚· Expertise in creativity and content curation

ï‚· Ability to meet deadlines

ï‚· Certification in Digital Marketing
