Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels,
including but not limited to PPC, SEM, display advertising, social media advertising, and
email marketing.
€¢ Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring, analysis, and optimization
of key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
€¢ Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics,
Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms, and generate regular reports to share insights and
recommendations.
€¢ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in
performance marketing, and make recommendations for innovation and improvement.
€¢ Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting for performance marketing campaigns,
ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
€¢ Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and
other assets that drive engagement and conversions.
Qualifications:
€¢ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
€¢ Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of planning,
executing, and optimizing successful campaigns across various digital channels.
€¢ In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook
Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
€¢ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to
translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
