Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation: Brainstorm, conceptualize, and produce highly engaging daily content (copy, images, short-form reels/shorts, and stories) tailored for specific platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
Content Calendar Management: Maintain a structured, forward-looking monthly content calendar. Ensure consistent, high-quality posting schedules across all active digital touchpoints.
Community Management: Actively monitor brand profiles. Respond to comments, direct messages, and brand mentions in a timely, professional, and brand-consistent voice to foster community growth.
Trend & Viral Jacking: Stay updated on shifting algorithm changes, emerging platform features, viral audio tracks, and trending memes to position the company ahead of competitors.
Performance Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, follower growth, and click-through rates (CTR). Deliver weekly/monthly performance summaries with actionable optimization insights.
Basic Design & Video Editing: Utilize standard design applications to quickly cut together short video formats, crop marketing assets, and design clean static posts or carousels.
