Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator to build and manage engaging content for our sports goods brand. The role focuses on creating visual and written content that highlights our products, manufacturing quality, and sports performance across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Create engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories, and captions) for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Showcase sports products, product usage, training, and performance-based content
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals and launches
• Shoot and edit short videos, reels, and product demos (basic editing required)
• Coordinate with marketing, design, and production teams for content ideas
• Manage posting schedules and ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity
• Monitor social media trends, sports events, and competitor activity
• Respond to comments and messages to improve audience engagement
• Track performance metrics and share content insights
Requirements & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Media, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–4 years of experience in social media content creation (sports or consumer brands preferred)
• Strong creative skills in photography, videography, and copywriting
• Working knowledge of editing tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
• Understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
• Passion for sports, fitness, or sporting goods
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience creating content for sports brands or manufacturing businesses
• On-camera confidence and ability to work with athletes or trainers
• Basic knowledge of paid social ads is a plus
