key responsibilities:

- manage and grow client social media accounts (facebook, instagram, linkedin, twitter, etc.)

- create and guide development of innovative, brand-aligned content for scheduled posts

- collaborate with the advertising and internal teams to ensure unified messaging aligned with business goals

- supervise and support a team of copywriters, designers, and content creators with guidance and clear feedback

- conduct regular social media audits and performance analysis to maximize roi and improve campaigns

- use tracking systems to evaluate campaign success and optimize performance

requirements:

- proven 3+ years of experience in smo or social media strategy roles

- strong knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and paid campaign management

- creative mindset with strong attention to detail and communication skills

- ability to lead a team and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
