Job Description

we are looking for a site supervisor to manage our interior design and fit-out projects. the ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality execution, and timely completion of projects.

🔹 responsibilities:

supervise on-site work and monitor progress

coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers

ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications

maintain site safety and compliance with company standards

prepare daily/weekly progress reports

assist in material management and site measurement

🔹 requirements:

diploma/degree in civil engineering / interior design or related field

2-5 years of site supervision experience (interior projects preferred)

strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution methods

ability to read drawings and coordinate with the design team

excellent leadership and communication skills

willing to travel/relocate to project sites as required
