Job Description:

We are hiring Site Supervisors for the RDSS project, focusing on electrical infrastructure in Latur, Ambajogai, and Osmanabad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in supervising electrical works and be capable of managing on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems as part of the RDSS project.

€¢ Ensure adherence to electrical design and safety standards.

€¢ Manage day-to-day site operations, including monitoring work progress and ensuring timely completion.

€¢ Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow.

€¢ Conduct quality checks and inspections of electrical installations.

Daily Responsibilities of a Site Supervisor:

€¢ Daily Reports:

o Prepare daily site activity reports, including details of the work completed.

o Document the number of poles installed and other progress related to electrical infrastructure.

o Note any materials used and any materials required for upcoming work.

o Highlight any delays, issues, or incidents occurring on site.

o Submit the report to the project manager or higher management by the end of the day.

€¢ Pole Installation Schedule:

o Review the installation schedule for electrical poles as part of the project plan.

o Coordinate with the team to ensure poles are installed according to the daily target.

o Track progress on the number of poles installed versus planned and update the schedule if delays occur.

o Plan ahead to ensure necessary materials and manpower are available for smooth installation.
