responsibilities:

• serve as a primary point responsible for the overall health, performance, and capacity of one or more of our services and applications

• gain deep knowledge of our complex applications

• assist in the roll-out and deployment of new product features

• develop scripts to improve rapidly deploy and effectively monitor custom applications in aws

• write technical documentation

• work closely with development teams to ensure that platforms are designed with operability in mind

• function well in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment. we value an ability to learn and grow together above knowing any technology.

• participate in a 24x7 rotation for second-tier escalations

job requirements:

• knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (. html/ css, javascript, xml, react)

• knowledge of multiple coding languages (., java, python) and

• familiarity with docker and container orchestration

• familiarity with databases (. postgresql, mongodb)

• excellent communication and teamwork skills

• degree in computer science or similar.
