Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point responsible for the overall health, performance, and capacity of one or more of our services and applications Gain deep knowledge of our complex applications Assist in the roll-out and deployment of new product features Develop scripts to improve rapidly deploy and effectively monitor custom applications in AWS Write technical documentation Work closely with development teams to ensure that platforms are designed with operability in mind Function well in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment. Participate in a 24x7 rotation for second-tier escalationsJob Requirements: Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, React) Knowledge of multiple coding languages (e.g., Java, Python) and Node.js Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration Familiarity with databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Degree in Computer Science or similar.
