Opening For Site Engineer

We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our team in Yamunanagar. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of relevant experience and will hold a diploma in engineering. The Site Engineer will play a vital role in overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Project Supervision**: Oversee daily construction activities at the site, coordinating with workers, subcontractors, and other engineers to ensure projects are on schedule.

2. **Quality Control**: Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.

3. **Site Management**: Organize and manage site logistics, including material delivery, equipment utilization, and work schedules.

4. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records and reports of project progress, including daily work reports, site observations, and material usage.

5. **Problem Solving**: Identify issues that arise on-site and work with the team to develop and implement effective solutions promptly.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The successful candidate must have strong communication and leadership skills to effectively report to management and coordinate with team members. A solid understanding of engineering principles and construction processes is essential.
