Hiring Site Engineer For All India

Technical Site Engineers at High-Technext Engineering & Telecom Pvt. Ltd. are responsible for executing telecom, electrical, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects across India. The role includes conducting RF, LOS, UBR, and EMF surveys, BTS installation and commissioning, 3G/4G/5G network implementation, microwave link installation, optical fiber and IBS projects, drive testing, electrical and fire safety audits, solar panel installation, EV charging station setup, battery bank installation, troubleshooting, site documentation, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Candidates should be willing to travel extensively, work at project sites across India, and coordinate with clients and project managers to complete assignments on time. Fresh Diploma and graduates in ECE, EE, EEE, EIE, or Mechanical Engineering with good communication skills and a willingness to work in field operations are generally eligible.
