We are hiring a Sales Representative for our furniture retail showroom. Your main role is to welcome walk-in customers, understand their needs, explain products clearly, and close sales. You will handle enquiries from store walk-ins, phone calls and WhatsApp leads, and make sure every customer has a smooth buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally in the showroom
Understand customer requirements (size, style, budget, delivery timeline) and recommend suitable products
Provide complete product explanations including materials, warranty, customization options, pricing, EMI, and delivery timelines
Convert walk-in enquiries into confirmed sales orders
Prepare accurate quotations and proforma invoices
Follow up on pending quotations, payments, measurements, and delivery updates
Maintain proper showroom display standards
Update daily walk-ins, enquiries, quotations, and sales in CRM or tracking sheets
Coordinate with factory/backend team regarding order status, customizations, and deliveries
Handle basic customer complaints and after-sales queries, and escalate when required
Key Skills/Requirements
1 6 years experience as Store Sales Representative / Showroom Sales Representative / Retail Sales Associate
Confident in interacting with walk-in customers and explaining products clearly
Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp Web, Email, Excel / Google Sheets)
Education: Graduation/diploma/12th (any stream)
Languages: English+Kannada+Malayalam(Not Mandatory)
Willing to work on weekends and festival days (weekly off on a weekday)
