We are looking for a dedicated Shop Manager to oversee daily operations in our Chinsurah store. As the Shop Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers and requires at least a 10th-grade education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily tasks, including stock management, setting up displays, and ensuring cleanliness in the store.

- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to customers by assisting them with their needs, resolving complaints, and creating a welcoming environment.

- Inventory Control: Keep track of inventory levels, order new products when necessary, and ensure proper storage of goods.

- Team Supervision: Lead and motivate a small team of staff, scheduling shifts, training new employees, and fostering teamwork.

- Sales Reporting: Monitor sales and prepare reports to identify trends and recommend improvements for increased sales.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Candidates should have a minimum education level of 10th pass.

- Strong communication skills are essential to interact effectively with customers and team members.

- Basic math skills are needed for managing transactions and inventory.

- A proactive and organized approach will help manage tasks efficiently.
