Urgent Requirement For Shop Helper

We are looking for a dedicated Shop Helper to join our team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will assist in daily shop operations and ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.

- Assist Customers: Greet customers as they arrive, helping them find products and answering any questions about items.

- Manage Stock: Organize and replenish shelves with products to ensure that everything is well-stocked and neatly displayed.

- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the shop clean and tidy, including sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and organizing products to create an inviting space.

- Handle Deliveries: Receive and unpack delivery shipments, checking items for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies to a supervisor.

- Assist in Checkout Operations: Support cashiers by bagging items and helping customers with their purchases, ensuring a quick and pleasant checkout process.

For this position, candidates should have:

- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a retail or shop environment.

- A completed 10th-grade education.

- Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

- Basic knowledge of shop operations and inventory management.

- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting and standing for long periods.

The successful candidate will be a hard worker, reliable, and ready to take initiative in a busy shop setting. Male candidates are preferred for this role.
