We are looking for a dedicated Shop Helper to join our team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will assist in daily shop operations and ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.- **Assist Customers:** Greet customers as they arrive, helping them find products and answering any questions about items.- **Manage Stock:** Organize and replenish shelves with products to ensure that everything is well-stocked and neatly displayed.- **Maintain Cleanliness:** Keep the shop clean and tidy, including sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and organizing products to create an inviting space.- **Handle Deliveries:** Receive and unpack delivery shipments, checking items for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies to a supervisor.- **Assist in Checkout Operations:** Support cashiers by bagging items and helping customers with their purchases, ensuring a quick and pleasant checkout process.For this position, candidates should have:- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a retail or shop environment.- A completed 10th-grade education.- Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.- Basic knowledge of shop operations and inventory management.- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting and standing for long periods.The successful candidate will be a hard worker, reliable, and ready to take initiative in a busy shop setting.
