Shop Helper Fresher

- Assist customers in locating products: As a shop helper, you will be responsible for helping customers find the products they are looking for by guiding them to the appropriate aisle or section in the store.

- Stocking and organizing inventory: You will assist in unpacking, arranging, and organizing products on the shelves to ensure that the store is well-stocked and products are easily accessible to customers.

- Maintain cleanliness in the store: Your role will involve keeping the store clean and organized by sweeping, mopping, and dusting shelves and displays to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints: You will interact with customers to answer their queries, provide information about products, and address any concerns or complaints they may have in a polite and professional manner.

- Assist in packaging and bagging products: You will help customers bag their purchases, package items for delivery, and ensure that products are handled carefully to prevent damage.

- Follow safety and security procedures: It is important to adhere to safety protocols, such as wearing protective gear when necessary, and ensure that security measures are in place to prevent theft and maintain a safe environment for customers and staff.
