- assist customers in locating products: as a shop helper, you will be responsible for helping customers find the products they are looking for by guiding them to the appropriate aisle or section in the store.

- stocking and organizing inventory: you will assist in unpacking, arranging, and organizing products on the shelves to ensure that the store is well-stocked and products are easily accessible to customers.

- maintain cleanliness in the store: your role will involve keeping the store clean and organized by sweeping, mopping, and dusting shelves and displays to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

- handle customer inquiries and complaints: you will interact with customers to answer their queries, provide information about products, and address any concerns or complaints they may have in a polite and professional manner.

- assist in packaging and bagging products: you will help customers bag their purchases, package items for delivery, and ensure that products are handled carefully to prevent damage.
