High Quality focus

Need to perform daily tasks/activities for day-to-day manufacturing operations and KPI

associated with it

Take real time calls with demand planning in the purview

Work closely with shop floor team and Cross functional teams to coordinate and get work

done in its prescribed format

Resolve & highlight issues on shopfloor in timely manner be it people, machine, process

Timely raise flags to the higher management pertaining to any anticipated issue that might

hamper production.

Ensuring SOP and shopfloor discipline

Required to have mindset on various shop floor events to improvise Quality
