Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE : As shift manager you are responsible for the activities in the store when the

assistant store manager & the Store manager are absent your tasks are

therefore very diverse and depends on what needs to be done on that day.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervising the progress or quality of execution of activities.

• Ensuring sufficient stock & checking the deliveries.

• Delegating tasks to team members.

• Resolving problems that occur on their shift.

DUTIES:

• Stocking inventory.

• Balancing cash registers.

• Coordinating employee responsibilities to improve efficiency.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT:

• Experience with QSR industry.

• Bachelor’s degree of hotel management most preferred.

• For senior assistant manager minimum experienced of 5 years in QSR industry.
