ABOUT THE ROLE : As shift manager you are responsible for the activities in the store when the
assistant store manager & the Store manager are absent your tasks are
therefore very diverse and depends on what needs to be done on that day.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervising the progress or quality of execution of activities.
Ensuring sufficient stock & checking the deliveries.
Delegating tasks to team members.
Resolving problems that occur on their shift.
DUTIES:
Stocking inventory.
Balancing cash registers.
Coordinating employee responsibilities to improve efficiency.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT:
Experience with QSR industry.
Bachelors degree of hotel management most preferred.
For senior assistant manager minimum experienced of 5 years in QSR industry.
