Hiring For Shift Incharge (Daily Operations)

We are looking for a Shift Incharge with 8-10 years of experience to oversee daily operations in our Haridwar facility. The ideal candidate will have a . degree and possess strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervising Shift Operations: Monitor all activities during the assigned shift, ensuring safety and compliance with company policies.

- Managing Staff: Lead a team by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and resolving any arising issues to ensure a productive work environment.

- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards by implementing checks and conducting regular inspections.

- Reporting: Prepare and submit shift reports, detailing production metrics and any incidents that occurred during the shift.

- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new employees to ensure they understand processes, safety protocols, and performance expectations.

- Resource Management: Manage inventory and equipment usage effectively, ensuring all resources are utilized efficiently and waste is minimized.

- Problem Solving: Address operational challenges promptly, coordinating with other departments if necessary to maintain workflow continuity.
