key responsibilities:

installation, servicing, and repair of kitchen appliances (chimneys, hobs, cooktops, ovens, dishwashers, etc.)

diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.

perform routine maintenance checks to ensure appliances function properly.

replace faulty parts and ensure safety compliance.

maintain service records and report job completion details.

provide demonstrations and basic usage instructions to customers.

ensure timely visits and maintain professionalism at customer sites.

coordinate with the service team and escalate major issues if required.
