Resolve customer complaints and provide technical solutions

Conduct new machine trials and performance testing

Handle machine modifications as per customer requirements

Install and commission machines at customer sites

Provide machine operation and maintenance training to customers

Perform machine servicing and preventive maintenance at customer end

Supervise machine packing, loading, and unloading activities

Prepare machine operation and maintenance manuals

Showcase machine trials and demonstrations to visiting customers

Coordinate with production, design, and quality departments

Maintain service reports, installation records, and documentation

Support breakdown troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Ensure customer satisfaction and timely service support

Monitor machine performance after installation

Follow safety standards during installation and servicing activities

Should be Open to travel across India
