A candidate is required to attend field service calls on site.
o Assist the sales team in providing & supporting Demos.
o Troubleshooting POS (Point Of Sales) hardware issues and providing the solution
o Thorough Knowledge of Computer hardware, touch screen, receipt printers, barcode scanners, pole displays, and peripherals.
o Installation & configuration of supporting Drivers and peripherals.
o Knowledge of different OS and installation
o Configuring Hardware in LAN / Wi-Fi
o Installing peripheral devices.
o Maintain high satisfaction of the customer.
Skills:
o Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in service.
o Strong Technical Knowledge.
o Being able to work with a team.
o Having excellent problem-solving abilities.
o Any Degree/Diploma/ITI.
o Candidates should have 2 wheelers.
