A candidate is required to attend field service calls on site.o Assist the sales team in providing & supporting Demos.o Troubleshooting POS (Point Of Sales) hardware issues and providing the solutiono Thorough Knowledge of Computer hardware, touch screen, receipt printers, barcode scanners, pole displays, and peripherals.o Installation & configuration of supporting Drivers and peripherals.o Knowledge of different OS and installationo Configuring Hardware in LAN / Wi-Fio Installing peripheral devices.o Maintain high satisfaction of the customer.Skills:o Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in service.o Strong Technical Knowledge.o Being able to work with a team.o Having excellent problem-solving abilities.o Any Degree/Diploma/ITI.o Candidates should have 2 wheelers.
