Opening For Service Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team in Nagaon, Assam. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth service operations and supporting our customers effectively. The candidate must have - Diploma/Btech/ JE- Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Client Communication**: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.

2. **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with service teams to organize schedules, manage resources, and ensure timely service delivery.

3. **Documentation Management**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and outcomes, ensuring all information is up-to-date.

4. **Problem Resolution**: Identify issues related to service delivery and work with relevant teams to resolve them efficiently, keeping clients informed throughout the process.

5. **Feedback Collection**: Gather client feedback on services provided, analyze responses, and suggest improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a graduate degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar service role.
