Responsibilities:

1. Outstanding Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.

2. Efficient Workshop Management: Manage workshop operations, including scheduling, task delegation, and workflow optimization.

3. Spare Parts Management: Maintain inventory levels and oversee procurement to ensure timely availability of parts.

4. Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately, maintaining proper documentation and adherence to financial protocols.

5. Technical Support: Offer guidance to technicians, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion of tasks.

6. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to maintain service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Administrative Tasks: Maintain organized records and assist with administrative duties as needed.

8. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment for all team members.

Salary Range: ��10,000 - ��15,000 per month
