**Responsibilities:**

1. **Outstanding Customer Service:** Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.

2. **Efficient Workshop Management:** Manage workshop operations, including scheduling, task delegation, and workflow optimization.

3. **Spare Parts Management:** Maintain inventory levels and oversee procurement to ensure timely availability of parts.

4. **Cash Handling:** Handle cash transactions accurately, maintaining proper documentation and adherence to financial protocols.

5. **Technical Support:** Offer guidance to technicians, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion of tasks.

6. **Quality Assurance:** Conduct regular inspections to maintain service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

7. **Administrative Tasks:** Maintain organized records and assist with administrative duties as needed.

8. **Safety Compliance:** Enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment for all team members.

**Salary Range:** 10,000 - 15,000 per month
