Hiring For Senior Sales

We are looking for a Senior Sales Incharge to lead our sales efforts in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of experience in sales, a strong understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Sales Team: Oversee a team of sales representatives, guiding them to meet and exceed sales targets through effective training and support.

- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement strategic sales plans to attract new clients and retain existing ones, ensuring alignment with company goals.

- Analyze Market Trends: Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and adapt strategies accordingly.

- Build Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business while resolving any issues that may arise.

- Prepare Sales Reports: Compile and present regular sales reports to management, analyzing data to assess performance and inform decision-making.

- Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
