4. experience:

• savings account:- minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in any banking sales, preferably savings accounts/insurance sales/ brokerage firms/nbfc sales.

• current account: minimum 1 year of experience in banking sales in current accounts only.

• corp salary:- minimum 1 year of experience in corporate salary only with very good comm. skills / mba fresher who are very good at communication and want to do sales

5. candidate tenure with an organization should be at least 8 months and his /her rating/incentives/performance should be consistent.

6. max age: 30 years

7. mandatory: two-wheeler with valid license & local residence

8. languages: english and local language

9. communications: should have good communications

10. preferred industry (if any): nbfc/home loan

11. ctc range (min & max): to lakhs per annum

incentive/bonus

• first 3 months fixed incentives of rs 3000 irrespective of target

• rs 3000- fuel allowance

• rs 360 – mobile allowance

• based on the performance hike in six months.
