looking for a dynamic candidate with a pleasing personality, having a good command on spoken and writing english and at least one regional language. a real estate sales background will come in handy.

job requirement -

1 - regularly making calls to clients to explain real estate products.

2 - fixing appointments with clients to visit the properties.

3 - meeting and creating a relation/bond with the clients at the property.

4 - post visit follow-up leading to the booking of property.

5 - keeping proper records of the property related information that needs to be offered to clients.

6 - keeping proper records of the clients and the discussion done with them.

7 - keeping proper records of the business done.

8 - forming & maintaining relations with builders & developers (or their representatives) for smoother business.

candidate should hold fundamental knowledge of ms office and internet usage. owning a two wheeler is a must.
