A real estate sales background will come in handy.Job Requirement -1 - Regularly making calls to clients to explain real estate products.2 - Fixing appointments with clients to visit the properties.3 - Meeting and creating a relation/bond with the clients at the property.4 - Post visit follow-up leading to the booking of property.5 - Keeping proper records of the property related information that needs to be offered to clients.6 - Keeping proper records of the clients and the discussion done with them.7 - Keeping proper records of the business done.8 - Forming & Maintaining relations with Builders & Developers (or their representatives) for smoother business.Candidate should hold fundamental knowledge of MS Office and internet usage. Owning a two wheeler is a must.
