1. SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This is a Full-time on-site role for Senior Sales Executive at RISE REALTY in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, Lead generation, and Client relationship management. The role also involves collaborating with the Marketing Team to drive sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
LEAD GENERATION:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and marketing initiatives.
Build and maintain a data of potential clients and properties.
SALES PROCESS MANAGEMENT:
Present and showcase properties to potential buyers.
Arrange and conduct property tours, open houses, and viewing.
Prepare contracts, offers, and other necessary documentation.
Ensure smooth and timely closing of deals.
REPORTING AND DOCUMENTATION:
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, transactions, and client interactions.
Provide weekly and monthly sales report to management.
POST-SALE SUPPORT:
Provie after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and gain referrals.
Address any concerns or queries that may arise post-sale. KEY COMPETENCIES:
