1. SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This is a Full-time on-site role for Senior Sales Executive at RISE REALTY in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, Lead generation, and Client relationship management. The role also involves collaborating with the Marketing Team to drive sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
ï‚§ LEAD GENERATION:
 Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and marketing initiatives.
 Build and maintain a data of potential clients and properties.
ï‚§ SALES PROCESS MANAGEMENT:
 Present and showcase properties to potential buyers.
 Arrange and conduct property tours, open houses, and viewing.
 Prepare contracts, offers, and other necessary documentation.
 Ensure smooth and timely closing of deals.
ï‚§ REPORTING AND DOCUMENTATION:
 Maintain accurate records of sales activity, transactions, and client interactions.
 Provide weekly and monthly sales report to management.
ï‚§ POST-SALE SUPPORT:
 Provie after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and gain referrals.
 Address any concerns or queries that may arise post-sale. KEY COMPETENCIES:
