this is a full-time on-site role for senior sales executive at rise realty in pune. the sales executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and client relationship management. the role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to drive sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets.

responsibilities:

 lead generation:

 identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and marketing initiatives.

 build and maintain a data of potential clients and properties.

 sales process management:

 present and showcase properties to potential buyers.

 arrange and conduct property tours, open houses, and viewing.

 prepare contracts, offers, and other necessary documentation.

 ensure smooth and timely closing of deals.

 reporting and documentation:

 maintain accurate records of sales activity, transactions, and client interactions.

 provide weekly and monthly sales report to management.

 post-sale support:

 provie after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and gain referrals.

 address any concerns or queries that may arise post-sale. key competencies:
