Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment:
Requirement Gathering: Coordinate with department heads (Production, Finance, Engineering) to understand specific manpower needs and technical requirements.
Sourcing: Use multiple channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, local consultants, and headhunting) to find high-quality candidates.
Screening: Conduct thorough initial interviews to assess technical competence, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage technical and management interview rounds, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
2. Strategy & Branding:
Employer Branding: Position Sadguru Electronics as an Employer of Choice in the Nashik/Maharashtra industrial sector.
Campus Recruitment: Build relationships with engineering and management institutes for trainee-level hiring.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recruitment and documentation.
3. Negotiation & Onboarding:
Salary Negotiation: Handle complex salary negotiations and finalize offer letters in alignment with company budgets.
Background Verification: Manage the reference check and background verification process for senior-level hires.
Onboarding: Oversee the joining formalities and initial induction to ensure new hires integrate successfully into the company.
4. Reporting & Analytics:
Maintain a database of candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Provide weekly reports to management on Time-to-Hire, Source of Hire, and Cost-per-Hire.
