Hiring Senior Engineer For Pune

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to ensure the highest quality of our software products. The successful candidate will have 7 to 12 years of experience in quality assurance and will work closely with development teams to improve the testing process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Design Test Plans:** Create detailed test plans that outline the testing approach, scope, and objectives, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all software features.

- **Execute Tests:** Run various types of tests, including functional, regression, and performance testing, to identify defects and ensure the software meets its requirements.

- **Report Issues:** Document defects clearly and accurately in the tracking system, providing information that will assist the development team in understanding and resolving the issues.

- **Automate Testing:** Develop and maintain automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency and reduce manual effort, enabling faster release cycles.

- **Collaborate with Teams:** Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide feedback on quality aspects.

- **Mentor Junior QA Staff:** Provide guidance and support to junior QA engineers, helping them improve their skills and knowledge in quality assurance best practices.
