Job Responsibilities:

Lead projects for cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a new feature, service, product, or system

Determine and develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports

Gather business requirements, document functional and design specifications, identify appropriate resources needed, assemble the right project team, and develop the milestones and launch schedule to ensure timely and successful delivery

Project management of overall development process including communicating goals, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams and partners

Drive transformation agendas on setting up engineering KPIs, benchmarks, measurements and processes, ensuring appropriate governance mechanism

Assess and manage risks, measure and report on progress, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs with the technical constraints.

Partner with stakeholders from product management, professional services and support to define business and product requirements for long term product roadmap

Communicate, both verbally and in writing, program successes, failures, lessons learned and mitigation plans to stakeholders

Create business cases to enable sign off from target stakeholders

Drive cost-savings and continuous improvement initiatives

Drive milestone readiness with the cross-functional teams

Navigate through ambiguity and managing technical project delivery in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Desired Profile:

Bachelors or Masters in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field or equivalent experience

Technical Program manager requires strong technical skills and a solid understanding of software development methodologies
