🏗️ urgent hiring – senior quality assurance (qa) manager – civil

📍 location: mumbai (project site)

📑 project: metro rail – 66kv & above gis substations & associated civil works

🕒 engagement: full-time (till completion of design-build period)

🔹 eligibility criteria

. civil with 12+ years total experience or

diploma civil with 15+ years total experience

relevant qa experience: 6+ years (graduate) / 8+ years (diploma) in 66kv & above gis substations (metro / rail projects)

🔹 key responsibilities

establish & implement quality assurance plan (qap) as per contract & standards

ensure compliance with is/iec standards, railway/metro qa requirements

approve material submittals, mix designs & vendor test certificates

monitor civil foundation, superstructure, cable trenches & building works

conduct qa/qc audits, inspections & close ncrs

maintain qa records, logs & dossiers; submit regular reports

lead and train qa/qc team, promote a quality-first culture

🔹 skills & competencies

✅ strong qa/qc knowledge in ehv substations (66kv & above, gis preferred)

✅ familiarity with metro qa standards, rdso, bis/iec codes

✅ expertise in material testing, structural & geotechnical qa

✅ proficiency in ms office, autocad & qa documentation systems

✅ excellent leadership & client coordination skills
