Design and Develop reusable and salable test automation frameworks on different application platforms like Browser, Desktop, API, Database, and Mobile.Contribute to the development of high-quality systems and products by ensuring functionality meets documented specifications, product requirements, and organizational goals.Staying up-to-date on latest tools, technologies, emerging trends with respect to Test Automation, Software Quality Engineering, Continuous Integration and DeliveryPlan and lead release and system acceptance testing, collaborating with development, product managers, and other stakeholders to create and execute test plans and test cases.Identify viable test strategy to support diverse product testing needsAssess automation tools for product needs, make recommendations & execute approved plansScope, plan, estimate, execute & track testing projects using quantitative management techniquesManage & nurture a team of Test Leads and Testers as hands-on experts & mentors toDevelop and execute manual & automated tests and test plansEfficiently execute test cases across all functional areas of our productsFind, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolutionInterpret and report test in every phase of the development processWork with software development engineers and product owners to understand the overall technical architecture and how each feature is implementedCreate quality metrics, test results, and other reports for all levels of management.Communicate progress to senior leadership on a regular basis.Foster excellent relationships with business and technical stakeholders while championing continuous improvement projects across the Systems Management product line.Understanding of Test Automation Concepts, Test Automation Framework & Automation toolsManage Testing KPIs and communicate with Senior Management & customersWork in large, complex continuous integration (CI) lab environment
