Coordination Between DepartmentsEnsure smooth coordination between Project Managers and internal departments such as Purchase, Logistics, Accounts, Operations, and HR.Resolve interdepartmental coordination gaps affecting project execution.7. Documentation & Compliance MonitoringMonitor and verify that all project-related documentation is properly maintained and submitted by the team.Ensure compliance with tender conditions, government documentation requirements, and company procedures.8.
