Roles & Responsibilities :
Handle end-to-end recruitment as per management requirements
Schedule and coordinate interviews and onboarding
Issue offer letters and appointment letters
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records
Support salary processing and payroll coordination
Conduct employee orientation and basic HR training
Handle employee queries and coordination
Ensure employees follow company policies and discipline
Maintain HR files and confidential documents
Support performance reviews and appraisals
Assist in employee engagement activities and events
Share daily and monthly HR reports with management
Skills Required :
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Recruitment and coordination ability
Basic knowledge of HR processes
Documentation and record maintenance
Time management and follow-up skills
Qualification:
Any Graduate / Post Graduate
MBA HR / MSW preferred (not mandatory)
Experience:
03 years (Freshers with HR knowledge can apply)

HR Manager / Branch Manager
