1. Create creative, trendy, and attractive outfit designs according to customer requirements and preferences.

2. Prepare design sketches, patterns, and garment concepts for customized clothing.

3. Assist in selecting suitable fabrics, colours, materials, and styling combinations.

4. Take accurate customer measurements and understand their design expectations.

5. Coordinate with the master and tailoring team to ensure proper stitching, fitting, and finishing.

6. Monitor daily designing work and ensure orders are completed within the given timelines.

7. Check garment quality, fitting, finishing, and alterations before final delivery.

8. Suggest suitable design improvements and keep updated with the latest fashion trends.

9. Maintain proper coordination with team members and ensure smooth workflow in the boutique.

10. Handle customer design requirements professionally and provide creative suggestions whenever required.

Required Skills:

- Good creativity and fashion sense.
