Job Description

Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.

Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and direct outreach.

Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.

Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Negotiate salary offers and terms with candidates and coordinate onboarding processes.

Generate and present regular recruitment reports and analytics to management.

Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
