Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Senior Store In charge with hands-on experience in managing inventory, stock control, and store operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in using Tally for accounting, stock management, and reporting. You will be responsible for overseeing all store activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining accurate records of all stock transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Oversee the management of stock levels, ensuring optimal stock levels for smooth store operations.

Monitor and track stock movement, ensuring that inventory is updated in real-time using Tally & Excel.

Perform regular stock audits and ensure that discrepancies are identified and resolved.

2. Mathematics would be important as stock calculations would be important and maintain BOM (Bill of Material) on regular basis.

3. Candidate should be hands on in checking quantity of goods received from external suppliers. Should be able to issue goods for work in progress, note total manufacturing done and receive finished goods from work in progress.

Tally Usage:

Efficiently use Tally software for recording and tracking all transactions, including purchases, sales, stock transfers, and returns.

Maintain accurate inventory records and generate regular reports on stock status, purchase orders, and sales data.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Tally system related to inventory.

Store Operations:

Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth flow of goods and services.

Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring that products are stored in the correct conditions.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards in the store.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor a team of store assistants, ensuring they adhere to operational protocols and contribute effectively to the stores success.
