roles and responsibilities:

• build and maintain relationships with clients through calling.

• create compelling sales pitches.

• reach out to potential clients to inform them about our products and services.

• develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer and also focus on generating new business.

• responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per compliance & risk.

• provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required.

required skills:

• should have sound understanding of capital markets.

• should be result-oriented, self-starter, proactive, good communication skills.

• should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.

• responsible for new client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships with clients.

• will be responsible for primarily selling capital market-based investment products.

• responsible for identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment options.

• responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
