Business Development Executive:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with clients through calling.
Create compelling sales pitches.
Reach out to potential clients to inform them about our products and services.
Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer and also focus on generating new business.
Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance & Risk.
Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required.
Required Skills:
Should have sound understanding of capital markets.
Should be result-oriented, self-starter, proactive, good communication skills.
Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.
Responsible for new client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships with clients.
Will be responsible for primarily selling capital market-based investment products.
Responsible for identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment options.
Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
Should have good communication & presentation skills.
