Business Development Executive:
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through calling.
• Create compelling sales pitches.
• Reach out to potential clients to inform them about our products and services.
• Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer and also focus on generating new business.
• Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance & Risk.
• Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required.
Required Skills:
• Should have sound understanding of capital markets.
• Should be result-oriented, self-starter, proactive, good communication skills.
• Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.
• Responsible for new client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships with clients.
• Will be responsible for primarily selling capital market-based investment products.
• Responsible for identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment options.
• Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
• Should have good communication & presentation skills.
