Job Summary and key responsibilities:Monitor and manage the NSE trading terminal systems, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.Execute trade orders accurately and efficiently, following established protocols and guidelines.Monitor market data, including stock prices, indices, and other relevant information, to identify trading opportunities and market trends.Provide technical support to traders and clients regarding the NSE trading terminal, including system functionality, order execution, and trade-related issues.Collaborate with IT teams and exchange representatives to resolve technical issues, system failures, and connectivity problems.Conduct routine checks and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal control policies.Stay updated with the latest developments and changes in NSE trading regulations, technology, and market trends.Generate reports and analyze trading data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Qualifications and Skills:Diploma/Bachelor's degree Finance or a related field. Relevant certifications in trading operations or NSE platforms are a plus.Proven experience as a trading terminal operator or a similar role in a stock exchange, brokerage firm, or financial institution.In-depth knowledge of the NSE trading platform, including order types, market depth, margin requirements, and trading rules.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data, charts, and technical indicators.Proficiency in using trading software and tools, including order management systems (OMS) and market data terminals.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory compliance related to stock exchanges and financial markets.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide effective support to traders and clients.Attention to detail and accuracy in executing trade order

The candidate should have a minimum experience of 1 Year in Operating of Nse/ Bse / Currency/Commodity/ F&OTerminals and should have experience in the Capital Markets.* Preference will be given to the candidates whose have cleared NISM examinations.* Candidate should work with the clients and should execute trades of the clients on their behalf andhave to advice the client for his investments to create wealth for him and try to achieve his financialgoals.Key Responsibilities :Know the markets with both technically and fundamentallyShould use all tools such as data analysis to help client grow his wealth with expertise.Should have knowledge and experience in technical charts. Monitor Nse Bse and keep giving back up to client.Keep updating clients of his stocks movement.Execute client tradesActivating inactive clients by reviewing their portfoliosAcquire New Clients through references and sources.Should be smart and have caliber to work in a Team.Candidate who has got the zeal in him to grow and make the organization grow.

Business Development Executive:Roles and Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with clients through calling. Create compelling sales pitches. Reach out to potential clients to inform them about our products and services. Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer and also focus on generating new business. Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance & Risk. Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required.Required Skills: Should have sound understanding of capital markets. Should be result-oriented, self-starter, proactive, good communication skills. Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills. Responsible for new client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships with clients. Will be responsible for primarily selling capital market-based investment products. Responsible for identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment options. Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis. Should have good communication & presentation skills.
