1. Knowledge of Tally, MS Office.

2. Fair knowledge of compliance of TDS, GST, Income tax.

3. Finalisation of Books of accounts of real estate Industry.

4. Reconciliation with vendors and closer of the books of accounts.

5. Well versed with process of bill checking of the contractor and supplier as per company policy.

6. Well working knowledge of Excel.

7. Reconciliation and communication with the customers ledger.
