we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented senior accountant who has strong knowledge of tally, gst, itr, tds, fund flow management, accounting principles, and day-to-day financial operations. the ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling books of accounts, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

key responsibilities

maintain and update daily accounting entries in tally erp or tally prime.

prepare and manage gst returns (gstr-1, gstr-3b, reconciliation, and annual returns).

handle tds calculation, deduction, payment, and return filing.

prepare income tax returns (itr) for individuals and businesses.

manage fund flow & cash flow statements; monitor expenses and cash requirements.

perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing of accounts.

reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.

prepare financial reports including p&l statements, balance sheets, mis reports.

support audits (internal & statutory) and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

manage invoices, receipts, vendor payments, and payroll entries.

maintain documentation and records as per statutory requirements.

required skills & qualifications

/ / mba (finance) or equivalent qualification.

1 to 4 years of accounting experience.

strong hands-on working knowledge of tally erp/tally prime.

good understanding of gst, itr, tds, and accounting standards.

proficiency in ms excel (vlookup, pivot table, mis reporting).

strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

good communication and documentation skills.
