we are looking for an experienced corporate trainer to leverage our employees. your role as a corporate trainer is to conduct practical training sessions, promote employee efficiency, and improve the skills of the employees.

an ideal candidate should be a great communicator, organized, good at time management, and public speaking skills.

an ideal candidate should be expertise in:

java essentials for selenium

concept of the class file

creating objects in java

access modifiers – public/private/default/protected

constructors - how constructors help in selenium

collection framework

encapsulation - how to implement

interface

creating packages

exception handling

automating excel file operations

automating text file operations

database handling using jdbc / data source

design pattern

responsibilities:

schedule appropriate training sessions.

implement an effective training curriculum.

train and guide trainees

conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement

need to take classes for 3-4 hours/day.

requirements:

any ug degree related to the field

impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

a minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience as a corporate trainer.

solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
