key responsibilities:
build, develop, and manage a client portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
generate leads, conduct outreach, and engage potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present tailored solutions.
present products and services to clients, clearly articulating their value to close sales and secure long-term contracts.
assist the sap sales team with daily sales activities and support in preparing proposals, quotations, and other sales documents.
coordinate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to maintain continuous engagement.
maintain and update client records in crm/sap systems, ensuring accurate and accessible information.
follow up with prospects and existing clients to nurture relationships and drive sales.
assist in organizing meetings, product demos, and client visits.
collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer support, technical support, and others to ensure client satisfaction and seamless integration of client feedback.
keep accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics through crm tools.
stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to effectively position products in the market and maintain a competitive edge.
prepare and maintain sales reports and dashboards for management review.
perform other administrative and sales-related tasks as assigned by the sales manager.

proficiency in ms office and crm systems (experience with sap crm is a plus)
strong organizational and multitasking abilities
