Key Responsibilities:Build, develop, and manage a client portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to identify new business opportunities.Generate leads, conduct outreach, and engage potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present tailored solutions.Present products and services to clients, clearly articulating their value to close sales and secure long-term contracts.Assist the SAP sales team with daily sales activities and support in preparing proposals, quotations, and other sales documents.Coordinate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to maintain continuous engagement.Maintain and update client records in CRM/SAP systems, ensuring accurate and accessible information.Follow up with prospects and existing clients to nurture relationships and drive sales.Assist in organizing meetings, product demos, and client visits.Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Customer Support, Technical Support, and others to ensure client satisfaction and seamless integration of client feedback.Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics through CRM tools.Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to effectively position products in the market and maintain a competitive edge.Prepare and maintain sales reports and dashboards for management review.Perform other administrative and sales-related tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.Key Skills & Qualifications:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain strong client relationshipsProficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (experience with SAP CRM is a plus)Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer serviceBasic understanding of sales principles and customer managementAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentWillingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment

Roles & Responsibilities : Customer relationship manager process the requests raised by the customer (flatowner) for their extra works.2. He should examine the requests, if feasible then prepare the extra works estimates withdrawings and then take approval from project engineer / concerned authorities.3. After approval he should raise the invoice of extra works cost and the same should becommunicated to post sales department in the Head Office.4. After collection of extra work amount, the CRM executive should send the sameestimate and drawings to the concerned contractor / agency for executing extra works.5. The CRM executive should supervise the extra works with fulfillment of customersatisfaction.6. He/she must co-ordinate the concerned contractors regularly for speedy completion ofextra work.7. He/she should inspect each and every flat and check whether all specifications are asper the approval drawings or not.8. He/she is responsible for final handing over of the flats to the customers.9. He/she must attend the customer complaints and solve their problems both Civil aswell as Maintenance issues.10. He/she must coordinate among various agencies / contractors in the project site toresolve the customer complaints.11. He should take help from the field staff, site engineers while solving customer problems/ complaints.12. He must read and respond proactively to the customers mails on daily basis.The CRM executive must verify the GFC / structural consultant / BBMP approveddrawings if necessary.Working in site .Requirements :Qualification : Any Graduates Experience : 2 to 6 yrs ( Mandatory in Real Estate exp)Salary : upto 30% hikeWork location : BangalorePreferably Male
