€¢SAP SD Module Configuration: Configure essential SD components, including sales order types, item categories, pricing conditions, and billing procedures.

€¢Support & Troubleshooting: Provide support for day-to-day SAP SD issues by diagnosing problems, creating solutions, and coordinating with other functional and technical teams to resolve incidents.

€¢Order-to-Cash Process: Handle the end-to-end order-to-cash process, ensuring seamless sales order creation, pricing, shipping, and billing for clients.

€¢Documentation & Reporting: Develop and maintain functional specifications, user guides, and support documentation for SD processes.

€¢Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with FI, MM, and other SAP teams to ensure data flow and process integration across modules.

€¢User Training & Guidance: Support end-users by providing training on SAP SD transactions and best practices, helping them use the system effectively.

€¢Enhancements & Testing: Assist in configuring and testing SAP SD enhancements, changes, and customizations to support new business processes.

€¢Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and ensure SD module alignment with business needs.
