The Salon Head will be responsible for complete operational control, revenue growth, team management, customer satisfaction, and brand standards. The candidate must demonstrate leadership, accountability, and strong decision-making ability.

• Oversee daily salon operations end-to-end

• Lead, train, and supervise stylists and support staff

• Drive monthly revenue targets and upselling strategies

• Manage inventory, vendor coordination, and stock planning

• Ensure exceptional customer experience and complaint resolution

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards

• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity

• Execute marketing initiatives and local promotional activities

• Ensure smooth billing, cash handling, and reporting

• Preferably 2–5 years of experience in salon management

• Strong leadership and team handling skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Knowledge of beauty services, products, and pricing

• Ability to handle targets and performance metrics

• Basic knowledge of billing systems and inventory tracking

• Strong problem-solving and operational control skills
