We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team in Patna. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the sales skills of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Train Sales Teams**: Design and conduct training sessions to help sales staff improve their techniques and product knowledge. This includes workshops, role-playing, and presentations.
2. **Evaluate Skills**: Assess the current skills of team members and identify areas for improvement. Provide constructive feedback and create personalized development plans.
3. **Develop Training Materials**: Create engaging training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources that aid in the learning process.
4. **Monitor Performance**: Track and evaluate the performance of team members post-training. This involves setting measurable goals and reporting on progress regularly.
5. **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest sales techniques and market trends to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates must have 1 to 7 years of experience in sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes. A minimum education of 12th grade is required.
