Job Description: Zoho Sales Intern
Position: Zoho Sales Intern
Location: Mumbai
Duration: Internship (3 Months - Performance Based Confirmation)

Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic Zoho Sales Interns who will work on lead engagement and sales support activities using Zoho CRM. The intern will be responsible for calling assigned leads, understanding client requirements, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to leads provided in Zoho CRM
* Understand customer requirements and explain company products/services
* Update lead status, call notes, and follow-ups accurately in Zoho CRM
* Coordinate with the sales team for demos, meetings, and closures
* Maintain proper call quality, professionalism, and data accuracy
* Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and performance targets

Performance & Evaluation Criteria
Performance will be evaluated based on:
* Number of calls made and follow-ups completed
* Quality of communication with leads
* CRM data accuracy and updates
* Lead conversion support and sales coordination
* Overall discipline and learning attitude

Stipend & Salary Structure
* First 3 Months (Internship Period): ₹10,000- 12,000 per month for Graduate student,
* Post 3 Months (On Performance Confirmation): ₹30,000 per month for graduate
* Performance review and confirmation will be done at the end of the 3rd month
👉 Note:
* If performance is not up to the required standard, the candidate will be discontinued from the 4th month.
* Confirmation and salary revision are strictly performance-based.

* Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
* Basic understanding of sales and customer interaction
* Willingness to learn Zoho CRM and sales processes
* Confident on calls and comfortable with targets
* Freshers or candidates with basic sales exposure can apply.
